We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Account Manager and broader team in various administrative and operational tasks. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn about the entertainment, talent management, and venture-building industries.

About the Work

  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, document preparation, email correspondence, and general office admin.
  • Talent & Client Coordination: Support the Account Manager in liaising with talent, clients, and partners.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, potential partnerships, and business opportunities.
  • Social Media & Content Support: Assist in managing talent and brand social media presence, helping with content scheduling and engagement.
  • Event & Project Assistance: Help organize meetings, shoots, and events, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Database Management: Maintain records, update contact lists, and track project details.
  • General Team Support: Contribute to various projects and assist different departments as needed.

Who we're looking for

  • A proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for the entertainment, media, and venture-building industries.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) is a plus.
  • Previous internship or work experience in entertainment, media, or business development is a bonus but not required.
