8Flamez (co-founded by AboFlah) is looking for a talented, lightning-fast, borderline camera-crazy Team Videographer to join our crew! AboFlah is launching a new team in Gerard Piqué’s Kings League, and we need someone to capture every moment. Whether you learned your craft in film school or by creating YouTube vlogs, we care most that you can deliver amazing footage with creativity and flair. Someone who can juggle a camera, drone, and mic and ALWAYS nail the shot. We’re a little team behind the BIGGEST YouTuber in the Middle East, and now we’re bringing that content game to football. We want someone who is excited to work hard and be TOTALLY willing to learn. You will help us capture the magic, every goal, laugh, and behind-the-scenes shenanigan.. and share it with the world.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Shoot everything, everywhere; on the pitch, in the locker room, during team travels... you’ll be there to film all the action and candid moments as they unfold.

Edit killer videos on the fly (often same-day!). From highlight reels and hype montages to player interviews and vlogs, you’ll turn raw footage into thumb-stopping content for YouTube, TikTok, IG and more.

Innovate with new ideas and formats. Set up creative shots, experiment with effects, and help us tell the story of our team in fresh, exciting ways (if you’ve got crazy ideas, we want to hear them!).

THINK YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES?
Here are the non-negotiables:
✅ DUBAI-BASED (UAE). You need to base out of Dubai (we’ll be traveling for matches and shoots, but the team HQ is here).
✅ BILINGUAL BOSS. English + Arabic. You can understand the players’ banter in Arabic and coordinate with any international staff in English.
✅ READY TO START ASAP. When we say go, you go. Kings League is already kicking off – we don’t want to miss a moment!
