We want the books ready before anyone asks for them, across a portfolio that adds a new venture every 1 to 2 months.

WHO ARE WE?

For 4+ years, 8FLAMEZ has built the commercial engine behind the Middle East's most influential creators, with a roster that reaches 1B+ combined. Today we are the region's only creator-led venture group. We are due to launch 4 to 5 ventures this year across SaaS, consumer packaged goods (CPG) and a healthy beverage brand, with a new venture launching publicly every 1 to 2 months.

Three founders, one mandate: AboFlah, the region's biggest creator with 70M+ followers and two Guinness World Records; Saad Sarwar, a 2x exited founder; and Eyad Siyam, who leads content and creators.

We're building the finance foundations now and want them clean from the first transaction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Keep separate, accurate books for the Ventures holding company and each venture, from SaaS subscriptions to CPG inventory.

• Reconcile banks, cards, online store sales, subscription billing and payment gateways, including fees, refunds, chargebacks and settlement gaps.

• Manage customer and supplier invoices, chase missing documents and overdue balances, and prepare payment runs for approval.

• Maintain inventory and product cost records with operations, and reconcile approved supplier, creator and platform payouts.

• Record intercompany transactions and approved cost allocations, with balances that match on both sides.

• Deliver monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash reports. Reconcile continuously, not at month end.

• Set up clean books for each new venture as it launches, and build the automations that make every month faster than the last.

GOT WHAT IT TAKES?

You're borderline meticulous about records, reconciliations and getting the numbers right.

• You've run bookkeeping and month end for several businesses at once. SaaS, e-commerce, inventory or consumer product experience is a real advantage.

• You're confident in Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books or an equivalent, plus Excel or Google Sheets.

• You have hands-on UAE VAT experience supporting accountants and external advisers through filing and audit cycles.

• You use AI and automation daily, such as bank rules, receipt capture and AI assistants for checks and analysis. You also know what should be automated and what must never leave the ledger.

• You're discreet, persistent with missing documents and clear when explaining an issue. Fluent English is required and Arabic is an advantage.
